The short version
NoteScreen checks a note you already wrote. The free check runs in your browser session and is gone when you close the tab. We do not record or transcribe sessions, and your note content is never used to train or fine-tune any model.
What we process
For the free in-browser check, the note text and codes you enter stay on your device and are not transmitted to our servers. For paid plans, processing is governed by a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and the terms described at signup.
What we don't do
No microphone access. No audio. No PHI stored for the free check. No sale of personal data. NoteScreen is built for HIPAA-sensitive workflows, with a BAA available for paid plans.
